The class integrates gymnastics skills with dance technique, musicality, and choreography. This class encourages artistic movement while developing essential acrobatic skills, making it perfect for confident, dancers and gymnasts.

PLEASE NOTE: To ensure a safe and productive learning environment, this class requires students to have prior experience with intermediate gymnastics skills. All participants must be able to independently and safely execute cartwheels, and rolls before enrolling. Instructors reserve the right to assess skill readiness and recommend appropriate placement if needed.
