Terms & Conditions

By registering for our classes and participating in our services you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully.

  • Reservation and Payment Terms: Reserved spaces are considered provisional and will not be confirmed until full payment has been received. Payment must be made before the new term starts. Spaces that have been paid for will be given priority in the allocation process. We encourage prompt payment to secure your reservation. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if payment is not received within the specified time frame. In such cases the reserved space will be made available to other parties and any prior claims to the space will be forfeited. Waiting List Reservation and Payment Terms - once informed via email that your child has been reserved a space in a class from the waiting list, the above terms and conditions apply. Payment must be made within 7 days of acceptance of this booking.
  • Payments will be credited or a rescheduled class will be put on if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved or due to bad weather/venue closure .
  • We do not issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.
  • THWHC Ltd (The Happy Wee Kidz Club) or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the session.
  • THWHC Ltd (The Happy Wee Kidz Club) reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
  • You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at gymnastics@thehappyweehealthclub.com & 01631 561274
  • You must declare if you do not wish for your child to be photographed/filmed for marketing or social media use, and keep us up to date should this change by emailing us at gymnastics@thehappyweehealthclub.com
  • You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
  • Changes to term and conditions - We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email. Continued participation in our classes after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
