A fun, supportive circuit class for mums with babies and little ones aged 0–3 years.
Enjoy a gentle but effective workout designed to help build strength, fitness and confidence, with your little one welcome to join you throughout the session.
Expect simple exercises, circuits and plenty of flexibility to feed, cuddle, play or take a break whenever needed.
No childcare required — just bring your little one and enjoy moving together in a relaxed, friendly environment.
